Rollins talks about the one time that he and John Coltrane recorded together, creating a now classic album.

At the 1966 Titans Of The Tenors concert at Lincoln Center’s Philharmonic Hall, Rollins finished his set (which included surprise guest Yusef Lateef) and announced that he would return to play. Coltrane who was coming up next. But Coltrane brought out Pharoah Sanders, Carlos Ward and Albert and Don Ayler, so it was not to be.
